As all of our shoes are handcrafted and made to order, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns for standard-sized shoes within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The shoes are unworn and unused.
The shoes are returned in their original condition and packaging.
There are no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Custom Orders
Custom-sized, personalized, or specially modified orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a suitable solution.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
